Browsershots.org is a public service, free and based on volunteers contribution (as happens with most of the best internet services nowadays). It provides a solution to one of the worse problems of web designers: testing web pages in different browsers. Browsershots.com is an invaluable service since not everybody has the means to acquire a farm of legacy machines with older OSes and browsers to test with.

There, you’ll be able, for a limited time, to see how this site performs problematically on I.E.7 and, worse, on Safari and Konqueror (Linux’s browser).

Safari is an Apple’s adaptation from Konqueror to Mac’s platform so it’s only natural that both present the same errors, namely the superposition of the entries’ text with it’s dates. I couldn’t figure out still either the origin of this problem – despite it seems to be a rendering problem, as it disappears after refreshing each page twice – or its solution.

The I.E.7 problem doesn’t worry me. I.E.6 presents the same issue (displaced margins on entries’ titles) and it is fixed: I’m only waiting to see if Microsoft solves this bug before the release of I.E.7.
